Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Satisfied my sweet tooth.

Blend: 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 1/4 cup agave syrup, 1 ripe avocado, 1 tsp vanilla

It can be eaten alone but I think it tasted better as a dip for strawberries.

I don't know what makes something a "mousse" or a "pudding" but it felt more appropriate to call my creation a pudding.  Thicker consistency probably. Also, this was actually a little too sweet for my taste so I'd use less agave syrup next time.
